All windows are double glazed and the caravan has two new tyres and electric hook-up. Comes complete with two awnings, one full sized and one porch (which have never been used.)
Living area has two separate seating areas with tables and ample storage space plus integral wardrobe. Sleeping area has one double bed and one set of bunk beds.
Kitchen area comes fully equipped with crockery, utensils, saucepans etc. and hob with oven (including grill), fridge and sink/drainer with hot water.
Separate shower/toilet cubicle complete with sink, heated shower and chemical toilet (which has hardly been used)
The caravan has been stored in France for 8 years-we have had it for 5 years and have only used it for 7 weeks in total during this time. It is in very good condition and has been well looked after.
